1. Draw up a plan for your success – When stuck in photography it is important to always plan ahead when you know you’re going to shoot for something important like an assignment. Whether you are knowledgeable of that assignment, you should always plan ahead and brainstorm ideas for the future of your photography.
2. Looking at work from your favorite photographers – When you are looking for inspiration it is important to take it from others, sometimes it is all you have when you are alone in your thoughts.
3. Go shoot without an Agenda – Shooting without an agenda can spark ideas on the spot, leaving room for many creative ideas in that moment when you are having no thoughts in mind with no plan!
4. Trying a new photography genre – Trying a new genre of photography can help you find more ideas to work with; it can transform your way of photographing things, such as perhaps object photographing, or human photography can help you get out of that pothole you are stuck in.
5. Spending time photographing with others – This tactic can kill two birds with one stone such as if you both are struggling and stuck you can help one another and build on each others photography ideas!

My personality test results categorized me as a Turbulent Architect with my traits being 73% introverted, as I tend to avoid contact mostly with people and I am very awkward with people, I show signs of neurodivergence. I am 75% intuitive with is extremely accurate, I am extraordinarily imaginative and open-minded. I always try to find new weird ways to solve complex problems and hidden possibilities with the deeper meanings of things. I am 54% thinking which involves rationality and effectiveness over emotional priority which describes me to a little extent as I am emotional, but logical thinking is my go-to when making an important decision. I am 68% judging which involves me being highly decisive and very well organized with the likeness of planning over being spontaneous, which is the embodiment of who I am, I love planning ahead and making my plans for the future as well-though out as I can. I am most of all 78% turbulent which means I am self-conscious, sensitive to stress, success-driven, and a perfectionist. All of these components from the test have given me an insight on who really am statistically, are these accurate? Yes, these results are very accurate to my personality, it is not perfect, but pretty dang close I would say!

1. Photographer for graduation ceremonies in Orange County, CA: I need a driver’s license, experience in using photography gear/equipment, experience with DSLR cameras, time management, image content creation, event cleanup, and efficient communication skills preferably in English. I do meet all the requirements as I do have experience in photography with camera and image creations, plus I love cleaning up and communicating with others accordingly! I would want this job to connect further with people my age since they are graduating and maybe I can get some wisdom from them or just be an amazing photographer for them. The starting pay is 25 dollars an hour. Living alone and using minimal resources I would be able to support myself if I did enough sessions in the week. I would mostly need food and apartment money since this is such a lower paying job and I would be on the move so I would rent apartments and also just need food and cameras supplies as my expenses, clothing does not matter to me.

2. Real Estate photographer in Riverside, CA: I need a driver’s license, a valid remote pilot certificate, pilot license, experience in IOS, in photography gear, DSLR cameras, customer service, real estate law, drone operation, driving, appointment scheduling, I need a high school diploma and or GED, and finally it is helpful for me to be multilingual. I would only meet the requirements for the photography, IOS, drone, driving, appointment scheduling, and the noncomplex things. I am no professional, so this job is too high end for me as a highschooler. This job would take up more of my time as it needs a lot of attention, I would need more expenses perhaps in fancy clothing and drone equipment and camera equipment. The starting pay is $10,000-$20,000 a year, and that is maybe enough for one person in this economy, the biggest expense would be food as I would like to stay healthy eating whole foods which are expensive. I think this job would give me more business experience with a higher level of education experiences as well.

3. 2026 thousand Pines Summer Photographer Crestline, CA: I need experience in video shooting, photography shooting, DSLR camera experience, adobe premiere pro, photoshop, and lightroom. These minimal requirements make me a perfect candidate to apply for this job as I have experience with everything listed, some may say a professional in some areas. The pay is $330-$390 a week, as I would expect it to be such a low pay since the standards are not too high and would be an excellent side hustle to do over the summer! I would want this job to improve my skills for a higher paying and more intense of a workload type of job, and to get outdoors taking fun incredible videos and photos! I would be able to support myself pretty well off since I do not need much expenses although pay is low, this would be a job to do while in school, if I did this while being an adult I would never survive off of that pay, I would starve and yearn for more money. The expenses would be food and camera equipment maybe sunscreen since I will be outside.

4. iPhone dealership photographer Corona, CA: I need a driver’s license, experience in mobile devices, video shooting, photography, outdoor work, organizational skills, manual transmission, driving, and communication skills. I meet most of the requirements although no driver’s license I have all the other needs and wants the job has to offer; I don’t know about manual transmission as I do not know what that requires me to do. I would like to have this job for the technology experience alone, since I would get to be working around and with technology which would help me with my actual career, a computer engineer/software developer. This job pays $24-$26 an hour for the starting pay, this is full-time pay and is not so bad for a simple easy job to behold. I would be able to survive of off this pay alone, with the main cost yet again being food and gas, it is going to be the same expenses the whole time as these resources always need renewing. Overall, very nice starter job for me to get used to in the work environment.

5. Automotive dealership photography Ontario, CA: I need a driver’s license, experience in video shooting, photography, outdoor work, mobile devices, manual transmission, driving, customer service, customer communication, and communication skills for this job. I meet most of the requirements for this job such as the ones I don’t meet are the driver’s license and manual transmission part of this job, but the rest I am capable of doing accordingly and efficiently. I would like to pick this job for I am able to take very nice pictures of cars and I love taking pictures of any car, I will make it look so good anyone will want to purchase it immediately! The starting pay for this job is $23.50-$26.00 an hour which is about average wage if the prices do not keep going up. I would be able to support myself as this job wouldn’t take much from my bank account, as for the main cost of my money will be gas, food, and water, plus other bills that are in the background which I will be okay with since I am sure my hours will add up eventually.

My Actual Career Goals: The career goals I have for the future is to be a computer engineer, then eventually work my way up the ranks to become a software developer, and or computer expertise to really make sure I am able to make the big bills and go with the times since the technology we have today is not going anywhere it will advance. With this dream I have had for so long since I was a kid, I had a fascination with computers and phones and anything technology was my thing. The thing that stood out most was the special effects they did in movies using computer generated images, which made me so interested, I started planning to make my own movie one day, with that I conclude as my dream is to be a nerdy computer boy in the future.

From this Ted Talk about photography and its importance to us and the world is how significant it really is. This Ted Talk really showed me some amazing things about photography and jaw-dropping photos that have impacted national geography and have definitely made a lasting impact to perspectives and stories on a certain photo. A photo taken by a photographer can be described as a frozen moment in time, and it can be a lightbulb thought when trying to remember something you didn’t get to photograph, as why he says it is important to take photos of important things as our memory can sometimes fail us. This Ted Talk really emphasizes the story behind a photo, as every photo taken by a journalist, a person, a news reporter, or anyone in the world, it will always have a story to be told behind the photo. TO add on, when you have a photo of something important or a live event that occurred, it can even be shown and presented as history, a photo is not only just a visual, but it is a freeze frame of countless things going on in that photo that lies a mystery to anyone who views it. The only person that can tell that story is the photographer and the people involved in the photograph. The Ted Talk overall explains any photo taken, in nature, cities, different countries, rural areas, urban areas, deserts, frozen landscapes, forests, at home, literally anywhere in the world, every single photo take will have importance for it has deeper meaning endlessly.
